In an effort to help serve you better, we made a leap of faith three years ago to open an office in Sierra Vista. We have really enjoyed working with the Sierra Vista clientele and building our business. We have come to know the community and have developed as a business from the diversity that is available in Sierra Vista and the surrounding communities. We have earnestly offered our services in the hope of finding a permanent place in Sierra Vista.

At the end of our 2018 tax season we were placed in the difficult position of evaluating the cost of running the Sierra Vista office. We decided at that time that we could not continue to operate at the same location that has served us for the last three years, and we ended our relationship with the landlord and vacated.

Sadly, we have studied our business efforts in depth and have concluded that we do not have enough client base to support a new location in Sierra Vista. It is for this reason we are reaching out to you and all that are affected by this change to give notice that we will not be re-opening a location in Sierra Vista at this time.

We would like to extend a generous thank you to all of our clients that have worked with us and invite you to continue patronage of our services with the following options:

1.) Remote Location Appointments: We have invested heavily in our paperless process for the purpose of serving clients stationed all over the US and even some abroad. We invite you to schedule your appointment to be conducted from your phone or webcam. You can take advantage of our secure portal, business meeting access through Zoom, and Adobe Sign. We offer these unparalleled services through the newest technology for your convenience. Complete your return with the same attention to education and customer service you are accustomed to from the comfort of your own home.

2.) Take a little drive: You can schedule an in-person appointment at our main office locations.
