COVID-19 Outbreak and Our Community
We Care About You
We are committed to your health and safety as we deliver reliable tax services.
Our concern is not only for you and your family, but for all those who are being affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following the CDC Health Policy Institute (HPI) guidelines.
We take the health and safety of our clients and team members very seriously, and we ask for your help with keeping the community safe during this time.
How We Are Protecting You
This is our current protocol for our office, and it may change as new information develops:
In-Person Office Visits
Our Green Valley office will continue to remain open and operational. We will be suspending all appointments in our East Tucson Office.
We have implemented “social distancing” by scheduling most appointments online and preparing your tax filing with you via virtual meeting on the computer in the comfort and safety of your own home.
For in-person office visits, we are asking our clients to comply with common sense interactions following the basic guidelines of “social distancing”. As a professional courtesy, we will be maintaining a friendly and safe distance when interacting in person.
Hygiene & Safety Procedures
We will continue strict hygiene and disinfection protocols. Between every client visit, we are cleaning and disinfecting our equipment, offices and environment. As a courtesy, hand sanitizer is also available in our lobby.
Virtual Meetings instead of In-Person Appointments
Thanks to technology, we can perform our same great service that you have come to expect through our Virtual Conference Room.
We encourage anyone who is choosing to self-isolate during this outbreak to also consider changing your in-office appointment to a remote location appointment.
Home Visits (to drop off and pick up paperwork)
In an effort to help those in our community who are in isolation or are not technologically capable of using our virtual conference room, we are offering to provide the following additional services:
- drive to your home or building while maintaining a friendly but safe social distance
- drop off or pick up forms and tax paperwork as needed for your situation
Our professional tax advisors maintain a high level of personal hygiene and sanitation. We follow all recommended processes for sterilization of gear to clean and disinfect our equipment and environment.
How You Can Help Your Community
Many individuals in our community rely on their tax refund for financial support. If you are aware of anyone who needs these additional services, please share our contact information with them so that we can assist those who are in need.
President Trump has signed an executive order regarding the time to file and pay any tax liability due for 90 days. The new deadline to FILE taxes will be July 15th for 2020.
Thank You For Allowing ProTax To Serve Our Community Safely Together
We look forward to continuing to provide great tax preparation services and keeping everyone safe. If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us by phone 520-399-6690.
